About Us

Peter Richardson

Peter is an experienced finance professional with a corporate career in passenger transport including bus services, coach and private hire, local council services and tram services. 


Most recently, Peter has been working with startups and SME's including construction, building, utilities, telecommunications and plumbing services.
 

Peter has led a variety of finance functions including business information, shared service centres, payroll, procurement, facilities and claims and insurance. In his role leading the Business Development team, he led the team to implement new financial models to generate additional revenue of £50 million.
 

A goal orientated, pragmatic individual with excellent stakeholder relationship management and strategic, tactical and operational capability, Peter excels at understanding a businesses key challenges and finding a way forward. 


Outside of work, you'll find Peter on the golf course, watching his beloved Brentford FC play, travelling around the world or enjoying the sunshine watching cricket.

Natalie Richardson

Natalie is an experienced leader in health, safety, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and people experience, with over 20 years’ experience working across fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), passenger transport, water, local government, wholesale, and retail organisations.


She is passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive by embedding effective wellbeing, safety, and inclusion strategies, strengthening organisational culture, and helping to destigmatise mental health in the workplace.


Natalie specialises in developing clear, practical business strategies with strong implementation plans. She is known for simplifying complex processes and procedures so organisations can deliver meaningful and sustainable change. Her work spans EDI strategy development, inclusive culture programmes, wellbeing and mental health strategy, and organisational safety leadership.


She has successfully developed and implemented innovative, data-driven mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion strategies that have delivered measurable business outcomes, outstanding employee feedback, and external recognition — including achieving the first-ever Investors in People “We Invest in Wellbeing” Platinum accreditation.


Natalie also brings extensive experience in safety leadership and driver safety programmes within FMCG organisations. Her work has contributed to reductions of more than 50% in organisational collision rates, alongside significant reductions in associated insurance costs.


Natalie is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, a Chartered Member of IOSH, a Fellow of IIRSM, and holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Portsmouth.


Outside of work, Natalie enjoys exploring London, travelling across the UK and internationally, and spending time in Australia with family and friends.
