Peter is an experienced finance professional with a corporate career in passenger transport including bus services, coach and private hire, local council services and tram services.
Most recently, Peter has been working with startups and SME's including construction, building, utilities, telecommunications and plumbing services.
Peter has led a variety of finance functions including business information, shared service centres, payroll, procurement, facilities and claims and insurance. In his role leading the Business Development team, he led the team to implement new financial models to generate additional revenue of £50 million.

Natalie strengths are developing clear and concise business strategies with clear implementation plans and simplifying process and procedures.
Natalie has developed and implemented innovative data-driven mental health and wellbeing strategies, which led to tangible results for the business, outstanding employee feedback and the organisation achieving the first ever accreditation of Investors in People - We invest in wellbeing framework at Platinum standard.
Natalie has extensive experience in safety and driver safety programs in FMCG organisations, some of which have led to a decrease of more that 50% of the organisations collision rate and associated insurance costs.
Natalie is a Chartered Member of CIPD and IOSH, a Fellow Member of IIRSM and has a Masters of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Portsmouth.
When she's not working, Natalie can be found out and about in London exploring new attractions or further afield in the UK and the rest of the world. She enjoys spending some of the summer months in her native Australia with family and friends.
